In all my years of console gaming, I have never played one like this.The Binding of Isaac is a somewhat, top-down shooter (or for those that know, also called as "Rogue") which you move around with the d-pad/analogue stick and to shoot up/down/left/right you also need to precisely press each button or else you'll end up shooting the wrong direction.
